Cushman & Wakefield leases 11,635 s/f at 90 Broad St.

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged more than 11,000 s/f of new five-year leases at 90 Broad St.

FHI Studio will occupy 4,977 s/f on the 11th floor. Student Sponsor Partners has leased 4,463 s/f on the 4th floor. Then and Now Windows has committed to 2,195 s/f on the 17th floor.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Aron Schreier, Mac Mombello and Max Mond represented the landlord, Princeton International Properties, in the leases. Sheena Gohil, Jack Senske and Marissa Fleischhacker of Colliers represented FHI Studio. Dan Appel, Hal Stein and Jason Greenstein of Newmark represented Student Sponsor Partners. Then and Now Windows was represented in-house. 

“90 Broad Street is an architecturally significant and strategically located property, spanning an entire block between Stone Street and Bridge Street in the Financial District,” said Schreier. “These new tenants will benefit from the building’s unparalleled transit access and best-in-class amenities.”

90 Broad St.is a 25-story, 417,068 s/f office building with typical floor plans. The property features a brand-new amenity center on the 8th floor, which includes two conference rooms and an updated kitchen. Building tenants include Select Office Suites and Sher Tremonte LLP.
