Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged more than 11,000 s/f of new five-year leases at 90 Broad St.
FHI Studio will occupy 4,977 s/f on the 11th floor. Student Sponsor Partners has leased 4,463 s/f on the 4th floor. Then and Now Windows has committed to 2,195 s/f on the 17th floor.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aron Schreier, Mac Mombello and Max Mond represented the landlord, Princeton International Properties, in the leases. Sheena Gohil, Jack Senske and Marissa Fleischhacker of Colliers represented FHI Studio. Dan Appel, Hal Stein and Jason Greenstein of Newmark represented Student Sponsor Partners. Then and Now Windows was represented in-house.
