Consolo and Maglio of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group arrange lease for Mos Silk Screen, Inc. at 2542 Frederick Douglass Boulevard

New York, NY The national leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group have arranged the lease for Mos Silk Screen, Inc. at 2542 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 135th and 136th Sts. The digital printing company specializes in customized designs for online content, as well as digital prints for brochures, flyers, posters, postcards and direct mail pieces, CDs and DVDs.

"The new shop is located in Harlem's Striver's Arts and Cultural District, an area poised for a dramatic revitalization," said Consolo. "There is convenient public transportation and prominent neighborhood institutions and attractions, including City College, St. Nicholas Park, Schomburg Center, Harlem YMCA, Hamilton Grange National Memorial and several historical churches." Maglio said, "Mos Silk Screen is expanding from New York to Africa. In addition to relocating its Harlem office to larger space, the company just opened a location in Dakar, Senegal." Other businesses in the area include Chase Bank, MCU, Duane Reade, Tatiana Page's Gallery, and Le Pavillon Garries. Among the many restaurants along the corridor are Londel's, Harlem Coral, J Restaurant Chez Asta, and Subway. Consolo and Maglio exclusively represented the landlord and the tenant. The previous tenant was Perry Studios.
