Conley of Conley Assocs. arranges 18,320 s/f lease
The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) has maintained a facility on North Russell Rd. for 30 years. When the Capital District EOC's lease was expiring, Conley Associates was hired to aid school officials in establishing its requirements, researching available properties and negotiating a lease transaction. Zac Conley, CCIM, of Conley Associates brokered the deal.
