Colliers International named exclusive leasing agent for 76,000 s/f Rye Brook Medical Plaza

Colliers International has been retained by Benedict Realty Group (BRG) as the exclusive leasing agent for Rye Brook Medical Plaza at 90 South Ridge St. The 76,000 s/f medical office building was recently acquired by the real estate investment and property management firm for $10 million. Some 35,000 s/f of divisible, first-floor space is available for lease. An additional 7,000 s/f of space is available on the terrace level. Architectural features of the lobby include floor-to-ceiling windows, granite floors, and brick accent walls. The asset is maintained by local property management and features on-site and valet parking as well as 24-hour building access. "This 35,000 s/f availability is a rare opportunity within the Rye Brook market, as it maintains strong healthcare practice demographics at a time when demand for medical service is increasing," said Michael Siegel, executive managing director for Colliers International, who along with executive managing director Al Gutierrez, senior managing director Ian Ceppos, and director Stephanie Coleman will provide agency representation services on behalf of BRG. Gutierrez said, "We've seen steadily increasing demand for medical office space in Westchester County, which makes this a prime opportunity for a growing medical practice." Conveniently located at a central point between Greenwich Hospital and White Plains Hospital, 90 South Ridge St. is easily accessible for medical professionals that travel from either hospital to see patients. This premier location is also in close proximity to Interstate 95, Interstate 287, and the Hutchinson and Merritt Parkways, and minutes from Chase Bank, D'Agostino's Supermarket, CVS, Starbucks, Soul Cycle, Coco Day Spa, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Rye Ridge Deli, and more.
