Clark and Balash of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represent law firm in 21,000 s/f lease transaction

Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, a law firm headquartered in Syracuse, has moved their downtown Syracuse office from the Salina Place building at 205 South Salina St., to their new home in Bridgewater Place, located at 500 Plum St. in the Franklin Square area, just north of the Syracuse Central Business District. They have completed their move into their newly renovated 21,000 s/f offices. "With the opening of our new office in Franklin Square, we hope to better accommodate our current clients by improving the accessibility of our location, substantially increasing our working space for further expansion, and in addition, facilitate the potential of attracting new clients." said Robert Smith, CEO. "We look forward to continue to service the legal needs of companies and individuals throughout Upstate New York, and believe our new space puts us in a better position to do so."
