C.T. Male opens fourth office in Hudson Valley: McIver is regional mgr.

March 06, 2009 - Upstate New York
C.T. Male Associates, P.C. opened its fourth branch office.  C.T. Male has provided services to clients in the Hudson Valley area for years and opening an office will expand upon the firm's  presence in the region. Their new office, at 652 Rte. 299, is located two miles off Exit 18 of the NYS Thruway, outside of New Paltz.
Jim McIver has been named the regional manager of the new office.  He is a professional geologist with extensive environmental, geotechnical and land development project experience.  He will be responsible for overseeing projects, staff development and business development.
David Roecker, the firm's COO, said, "Establishing an office in the mid-Hudson Valley will bring us closer to our long standing clients, give us a platform from which to expand our services and increase the efficiency of delivering those services. This is a logical progression that has grown out of client relationships we have had for years. We're very excited about this initiative. As our business in the region experiences a growth surge, we are pleased to now have a local presence to continue providing high quality service to existing clients and to expand our services to new clients and communities."
"Our New Paltz office will be capable of providing the same environmental, civil engineering, planning, surveying and building systems services currently provided from our main office in Albany.  Having an office manager with 24 years of technical and consulting experience will support C.T. Male's expansion plans as it looks at these areas for continued growth" said Bill Butler, the firm's director of marketing and business development.
Founded in 1910, C.T. Male Associates, P.C. is a full service consulting firm offering architecture and building systems engineering, civil engineering, environmental services, and survey and land information services.  The firm's headquarters is located in Latham with branch offices in New Paltz, Johnstown, Glens Falls, and Syracuse.
