Buslik and Bonnet of Adams & Co. Real Estate broker 5,594 s/f lease

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, one of Manhattan's premier full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, brokered 5,594 s/f for E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company at 49 West 23rd St. James Buslik, principal, and Alan Bonnet of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Twenty Three R.P. Associates, as well as the tenant. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $50 per s/f. "49 West 23rd St. is an ideal location for E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company to open their first New York City showroom," said Buslik. "Only one block away from the Flatiron Building, this full third-floor will provide adequate space for the established company." Built in 1916, 49 W. 23rd St. is a 12-story building located one block from the Flatiron Building. Office tenants include 23 Street Dental Associates, Baltz & Company and Bloomsburg Carpet, while the ground-floor retail space is occupied by Sleepy's The Mattress Professionals. The building features 24-hour access, new elevators and a new lobby.
