Delisle and Monahan of Island Associates lease 45,000 s/f to Giunta’s Meat Farms at Strathmore Commons

Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the Giunta’s Meat Farms to occupy 45,000 s/f at Strathmore Commons.

On November 5, 2025 Giunta’s Meat Farms had their grand opening and is now open and operating in the grocery store space formerly occupied by King Kullen.

This is the 10th store in the family owned and operated Giunta’s Meat Farm chain. King Kullen operated a grocery store at Strathmore Commons for more than 30 years but decided not to renew their lease which gave Giunta’s Meat Farm an opportunity to come into an established marketplace and breathe new life into the grocery needs of the local consumers.

The grocery needs of the Middle Island and surrounding communities are now being met by a refreshed new store and product.  Giunta’s Meat Farm has been a leader in family operated grocery stores on Long Island for over 30 years and they have invested significant resources into refreshing the store and opening with their unique blend of produce, deli, butcher and grocery selections.

Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.

Giunta’s Meat Farm joins various other tenants at the 140,000 s/f center such as NYU Grossman, McDonalds, Golds Gym, Dollar Tree, and All Island Pets.
