Delisle and Monahan of Island Associates broker 1,110 s/f lease extension for Kings Insurance

Leesburg, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a 1,110 s/f lease extension for Kings Insurance at Lake Harris Sq., 27405 US Highway 27. 

The 9.8 acre site is a grocery anchored shopping center improved with a 61,220 s/f building which is 100% occupied. The former Winn Dixie is being converted to an Aldi Supermarket. The owners performed façade renovations this past year to better position the property for future growth. The plaza tenants include Beef O’Brady, Brooklyn’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, Subway, Seafood Shack, as well as various other local businesses.
