Brumback and Knakal of Massey Knakal Realty broker $1.085 million sale

A development site at 3961 Carpenter Ave., was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $1.085 million. The site consists of two lots, one lot is vacant land, the other, a former convent. Combined, the site is 38,525 buildable s/f with 112 ft. of frontage on Carpenter Ave. and a lot depth of 100 ft. "The property was sold to a local developer who will likely build a small multifamily building," said Karl Brumback of Massey Knakal Realty Services, who exclusively handled this deal with chairman and founding partner Robert Knakal. Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 2001, our agents have closed over 2,500 transactions, with an aggregate value exceeding $12 billion.
