Brady and Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield lease 9,000 s/f office at 4 Manhattanville Road, Purchase

The law firm of Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly, LLP has leased 9,000 s/f at 4 Manhattanville Rd., according to Sean Brady of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The relocation within The Centre at Purchase represents an expansion for the rapidly growing practice. Brady, who is based at Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office, represented Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly in negotiating the long-term lease. He was assisted by Glenn Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield's White Plains office. Brady has worked with Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly since its founding in 2007 and today is assisting with national expansion. Previously, he brokered the firm's original lease in Purchase, as well as commitments in Red Bank, N.J., and, most recently, Los Angeles. Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly handles large cases for corporate clients based in Germany, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, England and throughout the United States. The firm specializes in complex litigation as well as issues ranging from regulatory compliance to recalls to distributor disputes. "This is a young firm with a very bright future," Brady said. "The space at 4 Manhattanville Rd. is a great fit for its local expansion, offering easy access, a prestigious image and comfortable workspace." OCC Purchase LLC, a joint venture between George Comfort & Sons, Inc. and O'Connor Capital Partners, owns 4 Manhattanville Rd. Dana Pike of George Comfort & Sons, Inc. served as the owner's in-house representative for the Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly lease.
