Bold New York closes firms 2,000th lease at 320 E 22nd Street
Bold New York, the full-service real estate consulting and brokerage firm, closed its 2,000th lease. The lease was for a three-bedroom apartment at 320 E. 22nd St., one of 60 properties where Bold acts as exclusive leasing agent.
"I am highly pleased with the momentum we're experiencing as we approach our third anniversary," said Todd Jacobs, co-founder and principal of Bold New York. "Each month we secure new exclusive relationships with building owners, and we've been fortunate to attract quality agents at a pace that's consistent with our growth."
Bold was founded in November of 2010. At the time, the company was comprised of three brokers who operated out of a short-term executive office space. Today, Bold has 30 brokers working full-time leasing and selling apartments throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. The company's sales division is also experiencing growth, having increased sales volume by 200% year-over-year.
"We are cognizant of the fact that our clients - renters, buyers, sellers and landlords - enjoy the level of attention they receive from our firm," said Jordan Sachs, co-founder and president of Bold New York. "We continue to be guided by our belief that personal and detailed service is critical to providing a positive residential real estate experience for all parties."
Among Bold's active listings is 200 East 30th St., a 102-unit luxury rental property in Murray Hill that's undergoing a complete renovation to all common areas and each apartment. Bold also acted as exclusive leasing and marketing agent at 50 North First St. in Williamsburg, a building that came to market in mid-summer and is now at full occupancy.
To keep pace with it's growth, Bold New York is operating out of a sun-filled, upper floor, commercial office space on Broadway at Bleecker Street. Each of its agents is given their own dedicated, technologically advanced workspace.
"We realize we're in a city full of large, well-run brokerages and we don't take anything for granted," added Sachs. "That said we are pretty happy that we're not sitting in that cramped executive suite we had a couple years back."
