Hauppauge is a hamlet in the Town of Smithtown and in the Town of Islip in Suffolk County located within a one-hour drive from Manhattan. Surrounding retail includes Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Fedex, Subway, IHOP, Bertucci’s and True Value Hardware. According to Bess, “rarely does a property with this level of security of current return and future income come to market to allow an investor to defer all responsibility of day-to-day operations of the building to the tenant.” Ownership has set the asking price of $3,500,000.
