Allpro Parking awarded contracts for parking operations in Rochester market

Buffalo-based Allpro Parking, LLC has been awarded several contracts for parking operations and customer service management in the Rochester market, and as of October 1, began operations, adding to its presence there. Allpro has been serving the Rochester market for the last seven years. An RFP issued by the Rochester Bureau of Parking awarded contracts for 6 properties for which Allpro will provide customer service attendant staffing and routine facility maintenance services; the City of Rochester Bureau of Parking will be operating and managing the parking facilities, and will work in tandem with Allpro at those sites. The locations are as follows: High Falls Garage, 240 State St. (759 spaces); Genesee Crossroads Garage, 69 Andrews St. (604 spaces); Sister Cities Garage, 28 N. Fitzhugh St. (1001 spaces); Court Street Garage, 194 Court St. (1001 spaces); Washington Square Garage, 111 Woodbury Blvd (1177 spaces); and, Mortimer Street Garage, 83 Mortimer St. (600 spaces). Allpro is well known in the industry for their focus on customer service, efficient operation and attention to detail. "To be contracted strictly as Customer Service Ambassadors for the city-owned lots is a direct reflection of our core principles," said Rick Serra, president and CEO of Allpro. "It is the foundation of our corporate philosophy to make a difference through customer service. We're thrilled to be working with the City of Rochester at these locations." Additional contracts awarded were for full operation and management of the following privately owned lots: Parwin Lot, 95-107 State Street, corner of State and Church streets, located next to City Hall (59 spaces); the East Avenue Lot corner of East Avenue and North Union St. (115 spaces); the Main Sanctuary Lot, 321 East Ave. (173 spaces, upon resurfacing completion); and, the Fitzhugh Lot, corner of Fitzhugh and Broad Streets (33 spaces). Serra indicated that each of these lots accommodates workers of and visitors to surrounding businesses. "We're very pleased to be continuously expanding our footprint in the Rochester area, and to be providing quality service to the lot owners and their customers." Allpro also currently operates the East End Garage for the Cultural Center Commission and 2 surface parking lots located in the Washington Square area near Geva Theatre. Additionally, they oversee the parking operations for the annual Buffalo Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher College.
