What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
The 15,000 s/f lease for Saint Laurent’s flagship store completing the retail corner of our block-long development Gansevoort Row in the Meatpacking District. This prestigious brand rounds out Meatpacking as the new hub for luxury shopping. Also, the record lease-up of 111 Charles, the ground-up residential development in the West Village.
