Grzebinski has had a leadership role in the development and growth of the Gantry Internship Program, geared towards introducing the industry to the next generation of commercial real estate finance professionals. The program has been incredibly successful thus far having helped launch the careers of several young professionals.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
Recently, I arranged the financing for the repositioning of a vacant retail center in the Greater Buffalo, NY area. The project converted an empty 102,000 s/f retail building into a viable climate-controlled self-storage facility. Just completed, the project has been widely recognized as a success by the community.
