David led the $2.5 billion+ development of TSX Broadway featuring a 661-key hotel, retail, a refurbished theatre, signage, and a street-facing stage that is inventing the future of Times Square. David also leads the redevelopment of Terminal Warehouse, the reimagining of an 1890’s warehouse into a 1.3 million s/f office/retail campus.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
The TSX Broadway team and I accomplished an incredible feat: raising the Palace Theatre, Broadway’s third largest, by 30 feet. The team refurbished its landmarked interior, preserving the legacy of the Palace while positioning it for the future. The theatre lift unlocked 100,000 s/f of valuable retail and entertainment space.
