Jared is the backbone behind the transformation of the Meatpacking District. Despite the challenges post-Covid, he believed that retail would thrive again. His vision that Meatpacking could become a luxury retail and cultural hub, played a pivotal role in bringing the biggest brands in the world to our doorstep.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
The 15,000 s/f lease for Saint Laurent’s flagship store completing the retail corner of our block-long development Gansevoort Row in the Meatpacking District. This prestigious brand rounds out Meatpacking as the new hub for luxury shopping. Also, the record lease-up of 111 Charles, the ground-up residential development in the West Village.
