Consolo and Aquino of Prudential Douglas Elliman arrange Buccellati lease

For the second stage of Buccellati's U.S. expansion, exclusive agents Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive VP of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group have arranged a long-term lease at 58-68 East Oak St., between North Rush St. and North Lake Shore Dr.
Neighboring retailers on the East Oak St. corridor, also include Barneys NY, Furla, Jimmy Choo, Jil Sander, Hermès, Bella Vie, Loro Piano, Kate Spade and Juicy Couture.
"Buccellati is synonymous with glamour and we are introducing it to Chicago in a place instantly invokes the Golden Age on Chicago's Gold Coast!" said Consolo. "This is our client's first U.S. foray outside of New York in more than four decades and we are excited about helping to shepherd the growth of the brand."

Consolo's and Aquino's relationship with Buccellati began several years ago with the disposition and buy-out of its 40-year lease at 40 West 57th St. in New York City, followed by a game-changing relocation to a two-level space at 810 Madison Ave., in the heart of the "Jewel Mile" between 68th and 69th Sts. The Milan-based company has plans to open new stores in primary markets nationwide over the next couple years.

Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino exclusively represented the tenant in the transaction. Representing the landlord was Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage.
