Vanguard-Fine LLC closes one sale and six leases totaling 20,945 s/f; includes 3,000 s/f by Brownell, Feinman and Lerner of Vanguard-Fine

According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the firm has closed the following deals: Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 10-year lease between United Development Corp. and Subway. The 1,684 s/f store will be located at City Station on Congress St. Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 10-year lease between WP Colony LLC and Dollar Tree Stores. The 9,100 s/f store will be located at Colonie Plaza in Colonie. Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine and Eric Dahl of Community Realty co-brokered the sale of property located at 238-242 Elk and 53, 57, 61, 65 Sherman Sts. in Albany. The sale was between Albany Housing Authority and Maurice McCormack. Bulmer and Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a lease between The Albany Airport Authority and Chase Bank. The new ATM will be located at The Albany International Airport in Albany. Brownell, Feinman and Lerner brokered a 10-year lease between MSF Niskayuna LLC and Days Nail and Spa, Inc. The 3,000 s/f nail and spa will be located at Niskayuna Sq., 3333 Consaul Rd. in Niskayuna. Feinman, Brownell and Lerner also brokered a 5-year lease between Plattsburgh Plaza LLC and Northern Puppies. The 2,961 s/f pet store is located at Plattsburgh Plaza. Brownell and Feinman brokered a 5-year lease between Slimrod Ventures and Easy Home. The 4,300 s/f store will be located at The Amsterdam Shopping Center in Amsterdam.
