Murray Hill Properties LLC completed seven leases totaling 25,657 s/f. The deals include: * A two-year, 360 s/f lease at 1250 Broadway St. for Tobmar International, Inc. Eric Levy and AJ Camhi of Murray Hill Properties represented both the landlord and tenant. * An 11-year, 6,140 s/f lease at 17 State St. for AppSense Incorporated. AJ Camhi of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant while Steve Morrows and Garrett Varricchio represented owner RFR Realty in-house. * A two-year, 1,036 s/f lease at 1412 Broadway for Flirt, Inc. Jesse Rubens, Bret Varricchio and Esther Zar of Murray Hill Properties represented both the landlord and the tenant. * A two-year, 3,819 s/f lease at 1412 Broadway for Raymond Schwartzberg & Associates, PLLC. Jesse Rubens, Bret Varricchio and Esther Zar of Murray Hill Properties represented both the landlord. * A two-year, 2,000 s/f sublease at 286 Fifth Ave. for Real Branding LLC. Esther Zar of Murray Hill Properties represented the sublandlord while Kat Hwang of Rice & Associates represented the subtenant. * An eight-year, 10,902 s/f lease at 112 West 34th St. for Kahn Lucas/Lancaster. Arnold Gamberg of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant while Barry Zeller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. * A five-year, 1,400 s/f lease at 6 East 45th St. for Wise Choice Software. Esther Zar represented the tenant while Pauline Grant of Walter & Samuels represented the landlord.
