West Islip, NY Robert Raffa and Robert Monahan from Island Associates negotiated a new lease at 425 Union Blvd. The new addition to the new 20,000 s/f center is Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming. They will be occupying 1,500 s/f and have over 400 locations in 34 states being one of the fasting growing pet grooming/spas in the nation.
