NYSCAR WNY hosts its first "paperless" marketing session sponsored by CityView Props.

Members of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), WNY chapter, convened their first "paperless" marketing session April 10, sponsored by CityView Properties at the Larkin at Exchange Building in the city's historic Larkin District. The technology-based property marketing session, one of four offered each year, featured the new Catylist-powered Buffalo Niagara Commercial Listing System (BNCLS) launched in the fall of 2007. Nationally recognized as a state-of-the-art, Internet-based commercial property listing system, the Catylist-powered BNCLS allows users unlimited numbers of listings, over 200 attachments per listing, and the ability to access and share property data from anywhere—documents, photos, maps, multimedia presentations, and the ability to password-protect any documents. Participants in the April 10 session arrived empty-handed and unburdened by property brochures, tripods, and paper visuals. A laptop was connected to the Internet and each presenter, worked directly from the BNCLS to present property data, display a full range of images and conduct multi-media presentations. Participants included representatives from Brassel Commercial Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian, Hastings-Cohn Real Estate, Hunt Commercial, Key Bank, McGuire Development, Plaza Group, Realty USA Commercial, Donald J. Reeves Realty, Reliant Property Management, Savarino Development, Sperry Van Ness Commercial, and TVGA Consulting.
