Syracuse, NY Meridian Capital Group recently arranged $3.6 million in financing for the Windsor Place Apartments. The property contains three-story garden-style apartment buildings totaling 180 units. Windsor Place is located at 5607 Bear Rd.

Shimon Weiner of Meridian's New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, Silver Street Properties, to secure a rate of 6% over a five-year term.
