Meridian Capital Group recently arranged $3.6 million in financing for the Windsor Place Apartments. The property contains three-story garden-style apartment buildings totaling 180 units. Windsor Place is located at 5607 Bear Rd.   Shimon Weiner of Meridian's New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, Silver Street Properties, to secure a rate of 6% over a five-year term.   Founded in 1991, Meridian Capital Group LLC is one of the nation's largest mortgage brokerages serving the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. Nationally, Meridian reported more than 2,350 transactions in 2007, totaling over $16.5 billion.
