Real estate developers Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias recently closed on a purchase of a block of 122 unsold sponsor units at 230 Riverside Dr. The 122 apartments are part of a recently converted 261-unit condominium association housed in a Pre-War building built circa 1903. Although the exact purchase price was undisclosed, the sales price of the block was under $45 million, significantly below the list price of $51.1 million.
