Real estate developers Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias recently closed on a purchase of a block of 122 unsold sponsor units at 230 Riverside Dr. The 122 apartments are part of a recently converted 261-unit condominium association housed in a Pre-War building built circa 1903.
Although the exact purchase price was undisclosed, the sales price of the block was under $45 million, significantly below the list price of $51.1 million.
The seller was represented co-exclusively by Mark Zborovsky LLC and Massey Knakal Real Estate and the buyer was procured by Mark Zborovsky. According to Zborovsky, this block sale is one of the largest he has arranged in the last 5 years in terms of size and price.
