YMCA Buffalo Niagara Relocating Corporate Office to Ciminelli's Airport Commerce Park

According to Ciminelli Real Estate Corp., YMCA Buffalo Niagara has signed a long-term lease agreement at Airport Commerce Park on Cayuga Rd. YMCA is relocating their corporate office to the 301 Cayuga Rd. building from their existing facility at 280 Cayuga. Ciminelli provides management and leasing services for the park's owners, Air Cargo-Buffalo. YMCA Buffalo Niagara will occupy just over 11,000 s/f at 301 Cayuga, which is an increase of approximately 3,000 s/f over their current space. Occupancy is scheduled for November. Robert McDonnell, VP at Ciminelli, said the company is thrilled to have YMCA joining their family of tenants. "This is a great fit for the Park and for the YMCA. They are maintaining their strategic location in an area that is central to all of their branches, and they're getting much needed additional space. We're pleased to have such a great group with us." Brian Byrne, corporate properties manager for YMCA Buffalo Niagara, said the move was something they had been contemplating for some time. "We were looking for space that was conducive to our needs and were pleased to find something that was so convenient." YMCA Buffalo Niagara is an inclusive association of people committed to a common effort to help individuals and families reach their fullest potential in terms of spirit, mind, and body. As a dynamic, charitable, community-based organization led by volunteers, YMCA Buffalo Niagara has been able to assist tens of thousands of youth, families, and senior citizens so that they can take part in YMCA membership programs.
