Pyramid Brokerage Co. forms Pyramid Specialty Services Group

According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., it has formed Pyramid Specialty Services Group. Christopher Montante, formerly president of Montante Capital Services, LLC, will lead the new entity as executive director. Consistent with its growth strategy across Upstate, Pyramid has broadened its array of services and will now offer financing services, appraisals, affordable housing and tax credit consulting and tax assessment challenges. "This represents and important step for both firms and our clients. While many firms in our industry are scaling back, we are moving forward with our growth plan" said Robert Schell, president of Pyramid Brokerage Co.'s Buffalo office. "Pyramid Brokerage Co. provides a powerful regional platform of commercial real estate services and our clients will continue to work with the professionals they are familiar with and know they will benefit from the added leverage offered by Pyramid," said Montante, who will operate out of Pyramid's Buffalo office.
