Savitt Partners has tapped former Newmark Knight Frank executive, David Workman, as executive managing director, according to Bob Savitt, president of Savitt Partners.
In his new role, Workman will focus on listing investment properties for sale while structuring off market transactions. Also, with over 25 years of leasing experience and relationships, he will work with Michael Dubin and other Savitt brokers to help service those clients.
"David was a natural fit for Savitt Partners as he joins an already strong team of senior executives that have set the industry standard for quality client service," said Savitt. "We are constantly working to provide our clients with even more resources and customized services, and having David as part of our firm is yet another step in expanding our platform."
Workman has played a role in completing more than $1 billion in investment sales and leasing transactions. He brings a knowledge from his time spent at Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young. Workman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Tags:
