WNY chapter of NYSCAR plans tour of two Uniland Development Co. office props. on July 9
The NYSCAR, WNY chapter, has scheduled a July 9 tour of two office properties Uniland Development Company has constructed in the Buffalo-Niagara market.
The tour runs from noon to 1:30 p.m. and features Uniland's 300 Airborne Pwy., Cheektowaga and 6500 Sheridan Dr., Amherst buildings.
According to Uniland's website, Airborne Parkway offers 108,000 s/f of class A office space on 3 floors adjacent to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The site offers abundant parking at a location easily accessible from the downtown area and from other areas throughout Erie County. Suites available range from 17,920 to 36,966 s/f in size.
The Sheridan Dr. building features 53,600 s/f of class A office space on three floors with available suites ranging in size from 3,509 to 18,217 s/f. The property is located minutes from the NYS Thruway via Transit Rd. and includes the convenience of under-building parking.
Touring developer-owned properties has become an integral part of WNY-NYSCAR's programming according to chapter president Patricia Collins of Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian.
"The tours offer our members a convenient way to become more familiar with the properties development companies have available," Collins said. "They have been very well attended and we expect to continue them in our annual schedule of events."
Since the beginning of the year, WNY-NYSCAR has held developer tours hosted by Patrick Development and at the HSBC Tower. Additional tours are being planned for September and October.
"NYSCAR members are recognized for their familiarity with commercial properties available in their markets and are most often the 'go-to' Realtors when clients are seeking new or expanded accommodations," Collins said. "The developer tours keep us abreast of the market and at the forefront in providing high-quality commercial real estate services."
Event and registration information for WNY-NYSCAR's developer tours is available at the chapter's website: www.wnynyscar.com.
