Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed a 12,000 s/f, 10-year lease for the entire eighth floor at 250 Park Ave. South with Wilson Daniels, a family-owned, wine importer and marketer.

“Wilson Daniels is an esteemed name in the world of fine wine, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to 250 Park Ave. South,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at The Feil Organization. “This lease reflects the building’s appeal to premium brand-driven tenants, and we’re proud to deliver a bespoke space that meets the high standards of Wilson Daniels’ portfolio.”

Wilson Daniels was represented by Anthony LoPresti and Jordy Elardo of Cushman & Wakefield. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Wiener, Robert Fisher and Henry Korzec.

“Our move to 250 Park Ave. South is a strategic step forward as we enter our second decade of business in New York City and the larger tristate area,” said Rocco Lombardo, president of Wilson Daniels.

“The Feil Organization truly understood our vision, delivering a space that not only supports our operational needs but also reflects the history and pedigree of the wineries and families we represent.”

“Wilson Daniels was looking for a location that not only elevated their brand presence but also provided a premium space tailored to their unique needs,” said Anthony LoPresti of Cushman & Wakefield. “250 Park Avenue South delivers on every front, from its architectural character to its central location, making it the ideal next chapter for their continued growth.”

Wilson Daniels is relocating and expanding from its current office at 19 West 24th St. The new space, which is being built to suit their needs, will feature a custom-designed wine cellar to showcase their portfolio of fine wines.
