Brooklyn, NY The 11th annual Only Brooklyn Real Estate Conference, presented by TerraCRG and held in exclusive partnership with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, brought together New York City’s top real estate professionals, developers, investors, and civic leaders at BRIC Arts Media in downtown. This year’s event delivered a full day of powerful conversations focused on the borough’s ever-evolving real estate landscape — from housing and affordability to infrastructure and innovation.

100% of all conference profits this year will be donated to Brooklyn Org (BKO), a local nonprofit that supports impactful programs benefiting the Brooklyn community. BKO focuses on critical areas such as affordable housing, job creation, economic opportunity, and civic engagement, and all conference proceeds will help further their mission.

Borough president Antonio Reynoso kicked off the morning with opening remarks, emphasizing the borough’s priorities around equitable growth, housing access, and the importance of public-private collaboration in addressing the city’s most pressing development challenges.
