Failure. I think the fear of failure affects everyone; we either use that fear to motivate ourselves or we get lost in that fear and become complacent. What is your favorite quote? Years ago a friend of mine gave me a piece of advice that I live by: "The worst they could say is no." Although very simple, the impact is great. What social media and/or face to face networking activities do you find most beneficial professionally? Getting to know someone over the course of a project is the best networking for me - you get to see how they behave under pressure and truly work. As projects generally take some time, you get to know someone professionally and personally as you work toward a common end.
