Whitman acquires LJS Construction, LLC

Whitman has acquired LJS Construction LLC, a full-service environmental remediation and construction company with a proven track record in building decontamination and demolition. Whitman has worked with the construction firm extensively over the past three years. Whitman is a full-service engineering firm with a strong foundation in environmental and engineering work offering a variety of expertise in brownfield redevelopment, civil and geotechnical engineering, site assessment, remediation cost recovery and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. "The addition of the LJS staff to Whitman's existing team of established professionals will enable us to assist our clients through every phase of the development process, including rehabilitating, decontaminating or demolishing existing structures," said Barry Skoultchi, president of Whitman.
