Received Top 20 Under 40 by ENR, Top Commercial Real Estate Women, created a very successful mentorship program I am personally very passionate about.
What were your biggest fears when you started out in your profession?
I did not have any fears. I knew persistence and hard work was the way to success.

Hilary Clinton, Sheryl Sandberg and Angela Merkel.
What was your first job and what did you learn from it?
Project Manager for a major translation company. I have learned that communication is the key to success and being a team player makes me a great leader. I have also learned to be bold, speak up and not to be afraid to learn from my mistakes.

What are you doing differently in 2014 that has had positive impact on your career?
I strongly believe in the Blue Ocean Strategy that demand is created rather than fought over. I personally focus less on my competition and more on better and unique alternatives for my clients.
