Warren of Webb & Brooker to be honored by REBNY

According to Webb & Brooker, Inc., the firm's executive VP, Bernard Warren, will be honored with the Community Service Award at REBNY's Residential Management Leadership Breakfast. The event will be held on Tuesday, February 9, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at The Roosevelt Hotel. Warren will be honored for his work with youth in South Jamaica, where he serves as vice chair of the newly formed Rochdale Early Advantage Charter School. He also serves on the board of managers for the Jamaica YMCA and worked on the team that organized the 2009 Nuttin But Stringz concert on behalf of the organization. Additionally, Warren works with the Youth and Family Committee and is a regular speaker at the Youth Empowerment Program. Warren joined Webb & Brooker, in 1990 and became a partner at the firm in 1997. Having owned and managed his own properties in Harlem and Queens, Warren has an insider's perspective on the New York real estate community which has helped him effectively work with various participants in the New York real estate market. In his current role as executive VP, he is directly responsible for supervising the senior staff. REBNY's annual breakfast honors outstanding leaders in the field of residential property management. This year, the event will open with an address from council member Christine Quinn, speaker of the New York City council. Alongside Warren, Paul Gottsegen of Halstead Management will be honored with the Residential Management Executive of the Year Award.
