The deals include the following: * A seven-year, 3,368 s/f renewal at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for United Feather and Down Inc. David Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. * A five-year, 3,491 s/f renewal at 110 W. 40th St. for textile company Ilene Danchig. Levy and Michael Greenberg of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A 1,485 s/f renewal at 411 Fifth Ave. for DMF Sales Company Inc. Levy represented both the landlord and tenant. * A three-year, 5,336 s/f lease at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for advertising firm David Geller Associates Inc. Levy and Schwartz represented both the tenant and landlord. * A seven-year, 943 s/f renewal at 34 W. 33rd St. for Pryorities NY Inc. Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 1,680 s/f renewal at 34 W. 33rd St. for NY Kids Showroom Inc. Levy and Maslin represented both the tenant and landlord. * A seven-year, 1,542 s/f renewal at 48 W. 37th St. for Exist Fashion Inc. Levy and Joey Friedman of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 2,159 s/f renewal at 463 Seventh Ave. for G.F.B. Fashions Ltd.
