Warburg Realty honors top agents of 2010

Warburg Realty Partnership held its annual awards ceremony during the firm's holiday gathering recently at Brasserie Julien. Frederick Peters, president of Warburg Realty Partnership, presented awards to 11 agents based on merit and performance demonstrated throughout the year.
"The past year was a successful one for the firm, due to the outstanding work of all of our agents," said Peters. "We are proud to recognize select agents as true standouts during 2010, and who are sure to have continued success in the coming year."
Richard Steinberg, executive managing director, was honored with the year's most prestigious award, the Warburg Realty Company-Wide Top Sales 2010. Executive managing director Wendy Greenbaum was also honored with the award for the second highest in sales volume for 2010.
Leslie Modell Rosenthal was honored as the top producer from Warburg's East Side Gallery office, and Dorothy Schrager was the office's second highest producer. Deborah Lupard was named top producer from the firm's TriBeCa office, followed by Jacqueline Kurtz.
Warburg's 2010 Achievement Awards went to Christine Miller Martin and Sheila Trichter from the Madison Ave. office, Mitchel Askinas from the East Side Gallery, and Shelley Kaplan from the TriBeCa office.
The rookie of the year award was presented to Linette Semino from the Madison Ave. office.
