VVA hires Vella and Wagner as senior associates

VVA has hired two new employees at their New York headquarters. Perry Vella has joined as a senior associate with the firm and has project management and real estate business services experience. Eric Wagner has also joined as a senior associate, with a wealth of experience in the fields of design, construction management, and real estate as an architect, project manager, and developer. Vella is a Brown University alumnus with 25 years of experience, including work for many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to VVA, Vella worked for Deloitte as a program manager and was a project director for the northeast region in design & construction. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan as VP of facilities/project management. While At Deloitte, Vella was responsible for the life cycle of a real estate project, he led National Projects initiatives, consulted with real estate initiatives in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, and Brazil, and supported the Deloitte's national design guidelines initiatives. He was a key member in the search for new or additional real estate to accommodate the firm. Wagner attended Pratt Institute and NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate where he received a master of science in Real Estate. Prior to joining VVA, he worked for Apple as a development manager and managed the build-out of Apple's retail store at Grand Central Terminal. Previous positions include VP of development at SJP Properties where he worked on $1 billion in construction and design, and project manager for Jones Lang LaSalle. Some of Wagner's clients have included: BMW USA World Headquarters, TD Waterhouse, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, H&M, and Cole Haan.
