VVA forms joint company venture with Sweett Group

VVA LLC has formed a joint venture company with Sweett Group plc, a global property and infrastructure consultancy with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The joint venture company, VVA Sweett Limited, is registered in N.Y., with each party owning 50% of the joint venture company's shares. Through the joint venture company, Sweett Group and VVA will jointly market and deliver a combined project management and cost management service offering. The two parties will also capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across their combined global network of offices.
