One of Harlem's newest and tallest condominiums, Fifth on the Park, topped off recently at 28-stories.
Developers Uptown Partners and finance partners from Phoenix Realty, Artimus Construction and others, marked the occasion with a party for over 300 of the building's construction workers at the site on 120th St. and Fifth Ave. "It was a great day to recognize the hard work of all those who have made our dream a reality," said Joseph Holland, president of Uptown Partners.
Artimus Construction recognized 30 key workers-foremen representing different trades with acknowledgement, gifts and bonuses. "These men and women work under tight schedules and extreme weather conditions," said  Eytan Benyamin, partner and CEO at Artimus.
Located at the edge of the 20-acre historic Mount Morris Park, the FX-Fowle designed building is one of the tallest market-rate residential buildings in Harlem.  Ten months after sales began,  Fifth on the Park is more than half sold out, with  90 units sold. The glass-and-brick building includes: 160 market rate condominiums and 47 rental apartments; a church sanctuary that seats 2,000 people;  a full-length lap pool, concierge, a fitness center, valet parking, grand lobby with original artwork, indoor and outdoor communal spaces and views.
Griffin Real Estate is the exclusive sales agent on the building.
