Rodriguez and Caseley sign The Tailored Sportsman for 11,000 s/f

The Tailored Sportsman has recently signed a seven year lease for 11,000 s/f at 230 West 38th St. also known as the Bricken Arcade. The structure has a unique presence as it runs through the block with an elegant lobby from 225 West 37th St. to 230 West 38th St. It features manned elevators, full floor identity, high ceilings with the loft feel and oversized windows making the building stand out. The Tailored Sportsman has settled into this 18-story building in the Garment District, close to both Times Sq., Herald Sq. with access to the Lincoln Tunnel making it an easy commute to New Jersey. Hector Rodriguez of ABS Partners represented the tenant and James Caseley of ABS Partners represented the owner.
