
Manhattan, NY Brookfield Properties is proud to unveil The Market Hall at Manhattan West, an elevated, multi-concept dining destination, to one of New York City’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Spanning two levels, The Market Hall combines thoughtful design with a vibrant atmosphere, bringing together a curated collection of new food and beverage concepts, including a rooftop terrace bar. Accessible from both 10th Ave. and the Manhattan West Plaza, The Market Hall will bring a premier dining experience to the West Side.
The Market Hall will bolster Manhattan West’s existing mix of award-winning dining and amenities. Designed to become a central gathering place, The Market Hall will introduce 12 casual dining concepts, an independent full-service restaurant, a full-service indoor bar, a rooftop terrace bar, as well as new retail and service offerings.
In proximity from Moynihan Train Hall, Madison Square Garden and Hudson Yards, The Market Hall at Manhattan West will serve as a central dining destination and social hub for the neighborhood residents, nearly 30,000 office employees and tourists.
With interior and exterior transformations well underway, The Market Hall will open to the public in fall 2026 with a full lineup of grand opening events, tastings, and partner promotions. Situated within the larger Manhattan West development between Ninth and Tenth Ave., The Market Hall is located at 398 10th Ave. The eight-acre mixed-use development is home to world-class office, residential, hospitality and retail space, anchored by leading employers including EY, Amazon, Accenture, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG, Skadden, BBVA and the National Hockey League.
Brookfield has established pre-opening momentum for The Market Hall throughout the first half of this year, executing leases with a curated mix of neighborhood favorites, acclaimed local operators, and emerging brands. Inaugural food & beverage partners reflect the high culinary standards and flavorful diversity that will define The Market Hall experience. These partners include:
• BKLYN Larder: The Brooklyn specialty food shop opens its first Manhattan location at The Market Hall with acclaimed sandwiches, fresh pastries, catering, and curated cheese and gifts.
• Springbone: Known for wholesome, health-forward bone broths and nutritious bowls.
• Shifka: The all-day Middle Eastern-inspired pita counter on Bowery in NoHo, from the team behind Sami & Susu, will open its second location at The Market Hall.
• Alfalfa: A California-inspired eatery in Los Angeles and New Jersey, serving sourced salads, wraps, farmstand plates, smoothies and specialty coffee.
• Matter: The world’s first precision nutrition restaurant in NoHo offers clean, nutrient-dense meals customized to individual health goals.
• Super Burrito: Bringing acclaimed San Francisco Mission-style burritos to the West Side. The team will also design and oversee The Market Hall’s bar concepts.
• Sushi Counter: Making fresh, high-quality Australian-style hand rolls more accessible.
