Two Trees leases a total of 5,901 s/f in DUMBO
Photography studios are flourishing in DUMBO. According to Two Trees Management Co., several photographers have arrived in the neighborhood leasing a total of 5,901 s/f. Broomestudio Design, LLC, David Packer, Lorie Novak, Calvert Crary, John Brian Ferraro, Robert Moore Photography, and Evan Sklar, Inc., all have joined the growing "photo district" in DUMBO, a district that is embraced by Two Trees. The studios are located in 20 Jay St., 45 Main St., and 55 Washington St.
Broomestudio has signed a two-year lease for 1,590 s/f photo studio in 20 Jay St. Caroline Pardo, associate director of leasing for Two Trees, represented the landlord. The tenant's broker was the Corcoran Group.
On 45 Main St., photographer David Packer has rented suite 624 for a photography studio. The two-year lease is for 1,200 s/f. Pardo represented the landlord and Eileen Mintz of Corcoran represented the tenant. Also in 45 Main St., Lorie Novak, photographer and professor of photography and imaging at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, has rented a 1,050 s/f photography studio in suite 611 for one-year. Zannah Mass represented the landlord. Photographers Calvert Crary and John Brian Ferraro, signed a lease together for 1,015 s/f in suite 511 for three-years. Pardo represented the landlord.
On 55 Washington St., Robert Moore Photography, Inc. signed a lease for five-years for an 866 s/f studio in suite 734. Nearby, in suite 801, photographer Evan Sklar signed a lease for 180 s/f for five-years. For both deals, Louise Ehrmann, Esq. represented the landlord.
