Tri State Commercial Realty reps. Milk & Honey in 3,500 s/f lease at 1515 Surf Ave.

Brooklyn, NY According to LCOR, Milk & Honey will open its third location at its newly completed 1515 Surf Ave. This flagship residential destination, which features 463 residences on the Coney Island waterfront, will host Milk & Honey in a 3,500 s/f ground-floor space at the corner of West 15th St. and Surf Ave. The café is expected to open in late spring 2025.

Milk & Honey was represented by Avi Akiva, Moshe Akiva and Joy Vitale with Tri State Commercial Realty Services, LLC. LCOR was represented by Keat Chew from Kinetic Real Estate Group and Ryan Condren and George Danut from JLL.

“We are thrilled to welcome Milk & Honey to 1515 Surf Ave.,” said  Anthony Tortora, senior vice president and principal at LCOR. “By combining neighborhood hospitality, thoughtful design and exceptional offerings, Milk & Honey has become a Brooklyn staple. Milk & Honey’s arrival at 1515 Surf further expands Coney Island’s year-round offerings and contributes to the neighborhood’s 24/7 live-work-play environment.”

Milk & Honey was established by Yasser Habib in 2012. “We’re excited to contribute to the revitalization of Coney Island and are looking forward to welcoming residents and visitors alike to our new location at 1515 Surf,” said Habib.

“Our new location at 1515 Surf will offer the same cozy atmosphere and comforting menu items that our customers in Bay Ridge and Ditmas Park have come to know and love.”

With its ground-floor retail location, Milk & Honey at 1515 Surf will create a community hub where patrons can gather to enjoy the café’s atmosphere and culinary offerings.
