"The luxury units and amenities at 605 West 42nd Street are on par with Manhattan's finest rental properties, and we're looking forward to a rapid lease-up once the building comes to market in 2015." Upon completion, 605 West 42nd Street will house 1,174 rental units, offering studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. The base of the building will be comprised of approximately 50,000 square feet of retail space with 200 feet of frontage on 11th Avenue, and a parking garage with nearly 500 parking spaces. 605 West 42nd Street is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
