The Marketplace seeks locations; Dagar Group is agent
The Marketplace is seeking up to five locations in New York and Connecticut in 2011. The Marketplace is a value oriented, one-stop shopping experience that also includes an outdoor market area during the spring, summer and fall. Included in the Marketplace are four main business areas including antiques, bargain bazaar, gourmet food court and jewelry row.
American Premier Markets developed this concept according to William Sabia the managing partner of The Marketplace.
The Dagar Group Ltd. is the exclusive leasing agent for The Marketplace.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
