The Marketplace is a value oriented, one-stop shopping experience that also includes an outdoor market area during the spring, summer and fall. Included in the Marketplace are four main business areas including antiques, bargain bazaar, gourmet food court and jewelry row. American Premier Markets developed this concept according to William Sabia the managing partner of The Marketplace. The Dagar Group Ltd. is the exclusive leasing agent for The Marketplace.
