"Mt. Kisco is surrounded by the some of the wealthiest districts in Westchester County," said Steve Corrigan a broker for the Princeton Group, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Westchester who represented both the landlord and Flooring Liquidators in the ten-year leasing agreement.
"Bedford, Chappaqua, Armonk, Lewisboro-all of these towns utilize Mt. Kisco as their shopping hub. Route 117, where Flooring Liquidators has opened their new location, has become one of the best retail-shopping corridors in Westchester County," said Corrigan.
Neighbor retailers Sherwin-Williams and a Target will add to the store's foot traffic by providing a large synergistic consumer presence. Increasing the store's visibility further, 30,000 cars pass Flooring Liquidators' new location each day.
Like the other Flooring Liquidators locations in Teterboro, New Jersey and Elmsford, New York, the new store's sales and installation staff are trained and certified by Armstrong.
